Accessing Your Pay Statements Online

Please find instructions below for logging into the iPay system in order to access your pay history. Should you need help with your registration or logging into the system, please contact Malaika Sims at 866.953.0011.

If you are a first time user of the iPay system, complete the following steps:

Type the following link into your web browser or click on the link: https://ipay.adp.com (bookmark this page for future login)
Click on the Register Now link to the right of the Login button
On the next screen, click the Register Now button
Enter your registration pass code PlatinumSS-1234, and then click the Next button at the bottom of the page
Verify your identity by entering your identification information, and then click the Next button at the bottom of the page
Enter your contact information, and then click the Next button at the bottom of the page
Enter your security information, and then click the Next button at the bottom of the page
View your user ID and create your password, record your user ID and password for future use, and then click the submit button
After you submit the above information for your iPay account, close the window.
Open a new window, type https://ipay.adp.com in the address bar of your browser, and sign in with your username and password.

Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email with your user ID to retain for your records. It is important that you keep a record of your iPay user ID and password as you will need them each time you wish to view your statements.

IPay statements are available for viewing by 8:00 am EST on pay date.
