Are there minimum qualifications?
To work with Platinum Select, you must be a graduate of a U.S. accredited allied
healthcare program, hold a valid professional practice license or certification
and present proof of the right to work in the United States.

Which allied health professionals are employed by Platinum Select?
We specialize in placing therapy professionals, including physical therapists, physical
therapist assistants, occupational therapists, occupational therapist assistants,
respiratory therapists, speech and language pathologists and radiation therapists.
We also place various lab and imaging professionals, including radiologic technologists,
nuclear medicine technologists, MRI technologists, CT technologists, ultrasound
technicians, cardiovascular technologists and polysomnography technologists into
allied health positions.

How much does Platinum Select pay?
Platinum Select allied health professionals are among the most satisfied in the

What is your payment process?
Most of our allied health professionals are paid directly from our payroll department.
A few facilities do pay our travelers directly. For your convenience, we provide
compensation via direct deposit or overnight mail each week.

Do you offer referral bonuses?

How long are travel assignments?
Job flexibility is very important to Platinum Select, which is why we offer various
assignment lengths for allied health travel jobs. Assignments can range from one
week to one year. Depending on your specific needs, we always try to customize the
length of an assignment to meet your requirements.

Can I be assigned in my hometown?
Yes. Some of the hospitals we staff hire local allied health travel professionals.

How long does it take to start an assignment?
This depends on how quickly you want to begin. Having your application and skills
checklist completed speeds things up considerably. You could start your first assignment

Of course! Once your application and skills checklist is accepted, we'll assign
you an experienced recruiter who'll guide you through the entire job search process.

What are the chances I'll get the assignment I want?
At Platinum Select, we offer our allied health professionals the flexibility to
choose from various assignment lengths at an assortment of healthcare settings.

don't have your specific position in the location of your choice, we'll contact
facilities in that area, present your credentials and search for assignments. You
are our number one priority and we won't stop searching until we've secured the
exact assignment you want.

I chose an assignment. Now what?
We'll send your credentials, along with your selected start date, to the facility
you've chosen. They'll review your application and interview you via telephone.
Don't worry, your recruiter will be right beside you, giving you all the advice
and resources you to need to help you secure the assignment.

When does my travel commitment begin?
Following the interview, you and the facility will determine if you're the right
fit for the assignment. Your commitment begins only if and when you decide to accept
the assignment.

Is there minimum commitment duration?
No, you are only committed to the length of the assignment you choose.

How should I prepare for my assignment?
Once you commit to an assignment, you'll receive a confirmation package in the mail
with all pertinent information about your assignment. And of course, you can count
on your recruiter to work with you to make sure you're fully prepared!

Will you inform me of the state licensing requirements for my assignment?
Your recruiter will inform you about the specific licensing requirements in the

How do I get to my assignment?
We recommend that you drive to your assignment if you are traveling away from home.
This gives you the freedom to explore your new area when you're not working. However,
if you will be working in a major city where parking is limited and public transportation
is readily available, you may consider leaving your car at home. Platinum Select
will reimburse your travel expenses to your assignment, regardless of how you choose
to get there.
